Dancer

Nicholas Xavier Hall

was born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Montclair, NJ where he received his dance training from the Sharron Miller Academy of the Performing Arts and the New Jersey Dance Theater Ensemble. As a student at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, Hall performed Miki Orihara and Tadej Brdnik’s restaging of Martha Graham’s Dark Meadows Suite. Hall has performed in works presented at Lincoln Center, the Joyce Theater, Fordham University, Rutgers University, among others. His summer training consists of The Ailey School’s Summer Intensive and the Movement Invention Project under the direction of Francesca Harper and Nancy Turano. In 2017 he transferred to study at the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program in Dance.
